Films : Salvage : all

animate! synopsis

You’d be crazy for feeling so lonely… From scrapbook bodies to outlines filled with light, there’s collage in the chaos and dance tunes in the abstract visual music. Take two…

long synopsis

Commercial animation by-products were collected over five years. As a cathartic process, the rejected was reclaimed, and then rejected, finally.

The resulting material was compiled and edited in post production to make a five minute film. The context was to use the same production values as advertising material. So it is glossy, colourful and eternally shallow.
