An animate! session of films and discussion at the Whitechapel Gallery revealing the diverse network of animation studios & artists meshed into the creative weave of the East End of London. There were 129 submissions to animate! tv’s latest commissioning round, 72 from London and 57 from rest-of-UK. Six projects have been chosen to share the annual production funding provided by Arts Council England and Channel 4 Television.
